Les « Vitrines d’Annecy » ont à cœur de défendre le commerce de proximité ! Le projet Open Sky qui doit voir le jour sur la zone du Grand Epagny va a l’encontre des valeurs que l’association défend.
A ce titre, les « Vitrines d’Annecy » ont décidé de déposer un recours en CNAC (commission Nationale d’Aménagement Commercial) contre le projet Open Sky qui risque d’avoir un impact néfaste sur le tissu économique de la commune nouvelle d’Annecy.
Nos Revendications
- L’incohérence entre l’autorisation d’exploitation commerciale et le document d’orientation et d’objectif du SCOT qui indique que les nouvelles implantations de commerces doivent avoir une surface minimum de 450m² (à ce jour la majorité des surface ne dépasse pas les 400m²).
- L’absence de précision sur les commerces accueillis. Nous n’avons aucune visibilité sur les futurs commerces implantés. Intégrer un commerce de proximité pourrait avoir des conséquences très néfastes pour la commune nouvelle.
- Les problématiques de déplacements : 90 % des usagers se rendront dans ce centre commercial en voiture. Ceci engendrera un engorgement de la circulation qui saturera et affectera les transports collectifs et les conditions de sécurité des déplacements.
Malgré toutes les problématiques que les commerçants de centre ville rencontrent à cause de la mobilité et du stationnement de plus en plus difficile sur la commune, nous souhaitons rappeler que vos commerces de proximité sont les poumons des cœurs de villes et qu’il est urgent de les protéger.
Notre rôle est de défendre les intérêts et de faire porter la voix des commerces de centre ville auprès de la CNAC, dans un contexte où les changements des habitudes de consommation impactent fortement le commerce.
